These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in courses offered by BAAI EDUCATION SERVICES PVT LTD. By enrolling in any course with Eagle Aviation Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By enrolling in a course at Eagle Aviation Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any other policies referenced herein.
2. Enrollment
   1. Enrollment in courses offered by Eagle Aviation Academy requires completion of registration forms and payment of applicable fees.
   2. Eagle Aviation Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment or cancel enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met or if payment is not received.
3. Job Assistance:
   1. Eagle Aviation Academy provides job assistance to students upon successful completion of their courses.
   2. While Eagle Aviation Academy endeavors to assist all students in securing employment opportunities, job placement is not guaranteed.
   3. Job assistance may include resume building, interview preparation, and job leads.
   4. Eagle Aviation Academy is an educational Academy and does not give any job guarantee and/or job orientation to the students
4. No Liability :
   Eagle Aviation Academy, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, hereby disclaim any liability and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a student arising from the inability to secure employment, whether such inability is directly or indirectly related to the services provided by the institute.
5. Payment:
   1. Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start of classes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Eagle Aviation Academy.
   2. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of enrollment or withholding of course certificate and initiation of legal action against the student.
6. No Cancellation:
   1. Once enrolled, cancellation of courses is not permitted.
   2. Fees paid for courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it constitutes acceptance of this non-refundable policy regardless of whether the course is commenced or completed. This policy applies to all participants and overrides any verbal agreements or understandings.
7. Code of Conduct:
   All students are expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct at Eagle Aviation Academy, promoting respectful behavior, academic integrity, and professionalism at all times. Any violations may result in disciplinary actions.
8. Facilities and Equipment:
   Eagle Aviation Academy provides access to necessary facilities and equipment required for training purposes. Students are responsible for the proper use and care of these resources during their course of study.
   
9. Enrollment Conditions:
   Eagle Aviation Academy reserves the right to cancel enrollment if a student fails to pay fees within the stipulated timeframe, engages in misconduct detrimental to the Academy's reputation, or does not provide required documents for admission as per the Academy's policies. Such actions are subject to the discretion of the Academy's administration and may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund of any fees paid.
   
10. Contact Information Updates:
    The students are required to inform the Academy about any change in his/her contact details including permanent address, temporary address, PG address, mobile number, and email-id at any point in time to ensure accurate and updated records maintained by the Academy.
    
11. Changes to Terms:
    Eagle Aviation Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without any notice for the same. By enrolling in a course at Eagle Aviation Academy, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the provisions outlined herein.
